Annual registered total income for resident persons. Sum of work income, property income (interest, dividends, capital gains), transfers (taxable and tax-free). Before taxes and negative transfers.
The "annual personal income" series LWLIPSUA.INOR is an aggregate figure (expressed in millions of NOK), from StatBank table 07778 (previously 04765), the Income Account. This table also counts the number of persons receiving each class of income.
The "average gross personal income" series LWLINGATTUA (national and subnational) is expressed per-taxpayer (in NOK), and is based on the tax rolls. The related concept LWQINGATTUA describes the number of persons on the tax rolls in each area. The two can be multiplied to compute aggregate gross personal income.
