Definitions

Dwelling
a space for permanent residence - built or remodeled for residential purposes for a single family, structurally separated (by permanent walls) within a building, into which a separate entrance exits from a staircase, passage, common hall or directly from the street, courtyard or garden; consisting of a premises comprising one or several rooms and auxiliary spaces. (i.e.: foyers, hall, bathroom, toilet, wardrobe, pantry, closet). A dwelling in a residence for communities is understood as a unit, which is designated for the permanent residence of the owner, administrator or employees of this building and their families comprising separate households.
Co-operative construction
realized by housing co-operatives, designated for the members of these co-operatives.
Construction designated for sale or rent
realized in order to earn a profit by various investors (e.g., development companies), excluding construction of natural persons conducting economic activity, included in private construction. This form of construction also includes construction of public building societies, realized in order to earn a profit (from rent or the commercial sale of dwellings), designated in full for building rental housing.
Private construction
realized by natural persons (regardless of whether they conduct economic activity), foundations, churches and religious associations, designated for the use of the investor and the investor’s family or for meeting the residential needs of the investor’s employees or for sale or rent (in order to earn a profit).
