The industrial Production Index (IPI) measures changes in production volume at monthly intervals. The source calculates the IPI for consumer goods, intermediate goods, investments goods and energy.
The source calculates the indices using the Monthly Survey on Industrial Production carried out by electronic form.
The statistical units used are selected from the Companies based in the national territory.
As of 2017, indices have a base year of 2015=100.
Figures are working day and seasonally adjusted (WDASA).
Data is subject to revision.
