For Cyprus, the monthly national total of building permits by 23 types of residential and non-residential real estate. For each type, metrics include value, area, count of permits and count of dwelling units.
"Big" projects are those with areas greater than 900 square meters.
Project type is classified by the numeric coding "CC 1996," sections 11 (111, 112, 113), 12 (121-127), 2, 3 and 4.
For the count of buildings, for select concepts (single houses and apartments-proxy) we compute seasonally adjusted (SAAR) supplements using X-13ARIMA-SEATS.
For reported data, none. For the Moody's Analytics SA supplements, we recalculate seasonal factors annually.
